Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Vega

It was quaint like the town. Very clean, comfortable bed. Shower was hot. We had a bagged breakfast made up with lots of goodies in. Mini muffins, sweet roll, banana, granola bar, cheese and crackers. Person at desk was very nice and helpful.

This was a stay we made on a road trip. The weather was poor and the motel served as a need stop over. Staff, owner I am assuming, was excellent.

It was my second stay there in a year and a half. The first time was in a different name but we both liked it.

Breakfast is not served. The location is close to the interstate.

Location was great for me. Off freeway a bit so highway noise in the distance. Check in was quick, friendly and was given a sack breakfast of sorts of fruit, breakfast bar and to go muffin pack. No juice but I had my own so not an issue. AC had been turned on before I arrived and worked very well. Room was cool and good for sleeping. Also room was clean, had a TV, microwave and small refrigerator that had a small freezer section which was also a nice touch to refreeze my small freezer bags. Bed linens were comfortable as well as the bed. Slept well. Grounds around hotel are being worked on and one can see the pool is being completely redone and will be nice when finished. For price compared to other cities/towns like Amarillo it was great. My savings over stopping elsewhere paid for 3 gas stops along the way. Will definitely stay again.
